Medical assistance is found in the CAPs (Health Centres) in Vilafranca and Sant Sadurní, and in the doctor's surgeries that are found in the different towns..

There are also different private clinics and a private health clinic that offers several specialities to their patients: general medicine, etc.

The hospitable attendance is channeled through l´Hospital Comarcal and l´Hospital de l´Alt Penedès de Vilafranca.
