with a very varied industry.

Sadurní, where the wine and cava sector is concentrated.

Margarida i els Monjos, important because of the cement industry.

Gelida
and other small towns by the river Anoia, where the paper industry
is concentrated.
The
size of these industries.
Most of the companies of the region have an average of 5 workers, 30% have
between 6 and 25 workers and less than 2% have more than 100. There is only
one company with more than 250 workers.
